Terms of sale

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to all purchases of digital guides on craite.de, sold by LMB UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lokstedter Damm 47, 22453 Hamburg, Germany.

2. Product

You buy a digital document (PDF). It is delivered as a download link right after payment and by email. The link is valid for a limited time; keep a copy of the file. The All-Access Bundle also includes every new guide published within 12 months of purchase, delivered by email.

3. Contract and payment

The contract is concluded when you complete payment in the Stripe checkout. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment methods are those offered in the checkout.

4. Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide for your own channels. Sharing, reselling, publishing or using the guides to train AI systems is not permitted.

5. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, this right ends once we have begun delivery, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result. You give this agreement in the checkout before paying.

6. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. The guides describe workflows that have been run on real channels. Platform rules, monetization programs and tools change; we do not promise specific views, revenue or eligibility.

7. Applicable law

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
