Through the waitlist form on our website, we collect the following personal data:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Timestamp of registration

3. Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used exclusively to notify you about the launch of the craite testing phase. We will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent.

Your data is processed based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at leo@craite.de.

5. Data Processors

We use the following service providers for data processing:

  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Sheets) — Waitlist data is stored in Google Sheets and processed in accordance with Google's data processing terms. Servers may be located in the EU or USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
  • Vercel Inc. — Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes technical access data (IP address, browser information) in accordance with their privacy policy. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place.

6. Data Retention

Your data will be stored until you request its deletion or the purpose of processing no longer applies (e.g., after product launch and successful notification). To request deletion of your data, please contact us at leo@craite.de.
